As we continue our rapid growth, we are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Galway, Ireland.

You’ll likely have:
Experience in a supply chain, materials, planning or logistics role, ideally in a manufacturing or regulated environment
A solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain flows – from purchasing through to incoming inspection, warehousing, production supply, and shipment
Demand planning through S&OP Processes
Hands‑on experience with ERP or MRP systems (implementation or optimisation experience is a strong plus)
Strong process mindset – you enjoy mapping, improving, and standardising how work gets done
Confidence working with data (e.g. inventory accuracy, lead times, OTIF, supplier performance) to support decisions
Ability to coordinate across functions – engineering, warehouse, production, quality, and finance
Excellent communication and organisation skills, with a practical, solutions‑focused approach
A proactive, “roll‑up‑your‑sleeves” attitude suited to a fast‑moving environment
In this role you will also:
Have end-to-end ownership of our supply chain processes and refining our ERP supply chain
Lead and develop a growing team, ensuring strong collaboration between warehouse operations and the wider supply chain activities
